What is the pass mark in KTU?

To pass a subject in KTU, you need to score a minimum of 40% in your End Semester Examination (ESE), AND your combined internal + external marks must be at least 50%. If you fail either condition, you receive an 'F' grade.

How many times can I claim medical leave (60% attendance)?

According to the official APJAKTU regulations, the Principal can condone attendance shortage down to 60% on medical grounds, but this is only allowed for a maximum of two semesters during your entire 4-year B.Tech program.
