The program is a student-driven community initiative designed to connect APJAKTU engineering students across Kerala with free, high-quality academic resources. Ambassadors act as the official bridge between their specific college and the Kerala Timetable platform, ensuring their peers have access to the latest syllabi, notes, and server updates.
Core Responsibilities

Resource Sourcing Collaborating with top students and faculty to collect high-quality notes, lab records, and PYQs to upload to the platform.

Community Management Sharing platform updates, new feature releases, and critical KTU announcements directly into your college's official WhatsApp/Telegram groups.

Creative Marketing Distribute highly distinct, artistic marketing materials—like vintage storybook-style digital flyers featuring detailed black-and-white ink illustrations, fine stippling, and bold hatching—to make our platform stand out on your college notice boards.
The Lifecycle
- Application: Apply via the form.
- Onboarding: Join the central networking hub.
- The Term: Serve for 3-6 months.
- Graduation: Final review & certification.
